Balloons Galore Exchange/Return/Damage/Shortage Policy
HASSLE FREE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY!
Exchange ANY unopened, unused item within 90 days for a HASSLE FREE RETURN!
NO EXCHANGE or RETURN will be allowed AFTER your event date.
The customer is responsible for contacting us for an Exchange Authorization Number or a Return Authorization Number before attempting to send back any products. Products returned without a valid Authorization Number may be refused.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN LIKE NEW CONDITION. OPEN ITEMS OR USED ITEMS WILL NOT BE CREDITED!
Sorry, be we cannot accept open items such as confetti, wedding programs, table covers, napkins, tulle, or any other item with a sealed plastic wrapper. Broken seals are not resale-able, therefore, they are not returnable.
ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 90 DAYS OF DELIVERY OF AN ORDER. We offer even exchanges to customers for other merchandise only. We do offer cash refunds, less a 25% restocking fee.
This policy is effective with the new rate as of 12/01/2011. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 90 DAYS OF DELIVERY OF ORDER. If a customer returns an order after 90 days, without a valid return authorization number (or with a valid return number, but exceeding the 90 day return limit), the return will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the costs associated with discontinued and out of date products being returned with no means for resale. There will be no exceptions to this rule. If you need a return, EMAIL US within 90 days!
NO EXCHANGE or RETURN will be allowed AFTER your event date. This is to eliminate the return of USED goods to our stock. Therefore, DO NOT contact us AFTER your event date to return items.
ALL SHORTAGES, DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE OR DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Claims received after 7 days will not be honored! This is a NO EXCEPTION policy.
NOTE: Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returned or exchanged items and for reshipment costs. Customer is also responsible for the SAFE return of said products. Products received damaged or lost in transit will not be eligible for return/exchange!There is no refund for any reason on shipping charges!
If a customer REFUSES a shipment, and it is returned to us without a return authorization number, at any time, the order will be subject to a 50% restocking / cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If a customer REFUSES a shipment delivery, and the box is returned to us by the shipping company, the customer WILL BE CHARGED for another shipping cost, as the shipping company does bill us for REFUSED deliveries! The customer is responsible for all return parcel charges!
NOTE: If you return a shipment WITHOUT a return authorization number on the parcel/envelope, the shipment WILL BE REFUSED for the safety and security of our employees. We will NOT accept unknown mail for return without the proper authorization or a return number CLEARLY stated on the OUTSIDE of the packaging.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND. Items such as personalized napkins, imprinted items, special order carved unity candle sets and other special order items fall under this guideline.
If you order a VERY LARGE QUANTITY of an item, and it has to be ordered for you specially, this item also falls under the SPECIAL ORDER category. This item will not be refundable or returnable, unless the vendor the item is ordered from will accept the items back, subject of course to all return fees with the Vendor AND Balloons Galore.
NOTE: No credit/refund will be given for any amount under $1.00 for damage to an item.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS/CHECK REFUNDS: If your credit card transaction is over 180 days old, we are UNABLE to credit against it by Merchant rules. The systems will NOT ALLOW such an old refund/credit. Therefore, if you return something over 180 days (6 months) you will be issued an IN STORE CREDIT for the return. IF you wish a refund check, there will be a $1.00 fee taken from the refund to produce and mail the check.
In the event that an invoice paid for is cancelled or voided, prior to shipment (by customer), a 25% restocking fee will apply to all refunds. This fee is to help recover the cost of administrative costs, inventory updates and voiding the entire order from the order/shipment/inventory system.
If you are in receipt of defective merchandise: Please contact us for a instructions. We usually only request a DIGITIAL PHOTO of the damaged item, in leiu of returning the entire item/s for inspection. However, on occasion, we may request that the item be returned for replacement, but this is rare. We will then furnish you with the address and number to return your product to. We will gladly replace any defective merchandise with new merchandise of the exact design/style. We take all precautions to ensure our customers receive perfect condition items. However, it is possible for such items that are prepackaged, to come from the manufacturer in less than perfect condition.
Note: www.balloons-galore.netis not a manufacturer. We simply sell thousands of products purchased from manufacturers located around the world. We can only replace defective merchandise with the same item. We will not be held liable for loss, product variance, or products which cause damage or loss to a customer. We will upon request, furnish the customer service phone number of any returned defective merchandise, to you, the end buyer.
In the event of a balloon/s containing a hole, we will gladly replace the balloon, but will not be held liable for loss of helium, as the balloon will only in turn be replaceable by the manufacturer. The balloons are not guaranteed to hold helium for any length of time, other than the normal float time of latex (8-12 hours untreated) or mylar balloons (24-72 hours).
