ONLY online internet orders are eligible for SALE PRICING. Any phone order, will be charged the FULL PRICE for all ON SALE ITEMS.
If you are in receipt of defective merchandise: Please contact us for a return authorization number. We will then with the address and number to return your product to. We will gladly replace any defective merchandise with new merchandise of the exact design/style. We take all precautions to ensure our customers receive perfect condition items. However, it is possible for such items that are prepackaged, to come from the manufacturer in less than perfect condition. You may choose to return them to us, or we will provide you with the manufacturer information, if you would rather contact them to settle your situation. Sometimes manufacturers satisfy customers more than their retail resellers, since it is the customer that actually uses their product!
Note: www.balloons-galore.netis not a manufacturer. We simply sell thousands of products purchased from manufacturers located around the world. We can only replace defective merchandise with the same item. We will not be held liable for loss, product variance, or products which cause damage or loss to a customer. We will upon request, furnish the customer service phone number of any returned defective merchandise, to you, the end buyer.
In the event of a balloon/s containing a hole, we will gladly replace the balloon, but will not be held liable for loss of helium, as the balloon will only in turn be replaceable by the manufacturer. The balloons are not guaranteed to hold helium for any length of time, other than the normal float time of latex (8-12 hours untreated) or mylar balloons (24-72 hours).
We will, upon discontinuance of a stock advertised store item, make acceptable substitutions for a replacement item, of EXTREME likeness only. If no replacement is suitable, we will credit your charge card for the item purchased, and notify you via email or in your shipment. Also, under certain circumstances, an item may arrive from China slightly different than shown in the photo. These substitutions are also possible due to manufacturer variance.
Please be aware, personalized products will take 1-2 weeks special order time. Please insert personalization names/date in the COMMENT field of your order form, or email us with the information separate from your order. If you have any questions or shipment concerns, please email us before ordering. Personalized products cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned. All sales are final on personalized products. There will be no exchanges or refunds on personalized items!
In the event that an invoice paid for is cancelled or voided, prior to shipment (by customer), a 25% restocking fee will apply to all refunds. This fee is to help recover the cost of administrative costs, inventory updates and voiding the entire order from the order/shipment/inventory system.
Drop Shipment Policy - Retailers:
www.balloons-galore.netis not a wholesale supply company. We will if requested, for a $5.00 charge, ship your order directly to your customer. We will ship the package, free of any invoice, packing slip, etc. and subsequently mail you all paperwork via First Class Mail for the order.
NOTE: Orders drop shipped to your customer, and by not using the drop ship fee described above, are NOT covered for loss or damage, as the receiver is not our customer, and we claim no responsibility for the shipment. Also, the packing slip, which includes all costs, will be included in the parcel.
