Attention all International Customers:
We will on all customs forms, mark your parcel as GIFT. However, we will also INSURE your parcel for the full cost of the products, to guarantee safe and secure delivery of your parcel to you.
This insurance, may constitute a customs fee upon entering your country. This is because the value of your parcel will be insured, thus the value of the parcel is available for customs viewing.
These fees are payable by you, for the parcel incoming. Returned parcels for unpaid customs WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. They will be subject to return postage fees and less the unauthorized restocking fee.
We do our best to insure the items in your order arrive safe and sound. However, to protect ourselves and you we do require insurance for loss or box damage.
Therefore, if your country has a limit on import gift value, you will be responsible for the cost to pick up your parcel from your postal service, and pay such costs.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, however, insuring your items against loss is far more important for both parties involved than understating the value, and possibly resulting in a loss of shipment or loss of products due to damage by the postal carriers.
Shipment methods available, and your choice (note shipments including handling fee):
Global Express Mail (3 to 5 working days) - Parcel tracking available with this service. We find personally this service to take 9+ days. (Not available to all countries)
Global Priority Mail (4 to 6 working days) - Parcel tracking is NOT available with this service. We find personally this service to take 12+ days.
First Class International Mail (7-10 working days) - Parcel tracking is NOT available with this service. We find personally this service to take 15+ days. At times, in certain countries, this service can take up to 30+ days.
**NOTE** All transit times are ESTIMATED AND NOT GUARANTEED by the post office.
ATTENTION: WE WILL NOT SHIP MIRRORS, GLASS BOWLS or CARD BOXES (FLAT) INTERNATIONALLY. If you are intent on purchasing, and it is noted on the item description page that we do not ship this item internationally, and you still purchase them, we are taking this action as a waiver of damage for the shipment, and will in fact ship them. HOWEVER, by having this notice of NON SHIPMENT on the item description page, and the customer adding them to their cart for purchase and shipment anyway, Balloons Galore will NOT be held liable for damages or breakage for these fragile items during shipment. You have waived the right to credit or replacement when you added this item to the cart, even after the website states we do not ship the items internationally.
We take great pride and care in all our shipments, but take extreme measures, including double boxing, to insure our mirror arrive to their destinations in safe and undamaged condition. However, if you proceed to purchase a fragile item and ignore the WILL NOT SHIP recommendation, you will not be credited for any damage or breakage if such should occur.
IF NO SHIP CHARGE SHOWS ON YOUR INVOICE: This is due to the recent change with the postal service options on May 14, 2013 and our system not recognizing your 'country'. If no ship charge shows, please contact us BEFORE you place your order so we can fix this, and get you shipping costs. If you place the order and no shipping charge displays on the order, we will contact you with shipping options and prices.
