Cancelling an Order
In the event that an invoice paid for is cancelled or voided, prior to shipment (by customer), a 15% restocking/administrative fee will apply to all refunds. This fee is to help recover the cost of administrative costs, inventory updates and voiding the entire order from the order/shipment/inventory system.
**NOTE** Any PERSONALIZED ITEM/S will NOT BE REFUNDED upon cancellation. This is due to the ordering of such special order, personalized items, and they are not resaleable due to their personalization.
If an item is noted as out of stock on the website, and a customer places an order with a need by date which is noted as before the arrival of the item, the order will be charged a 10% fee to cover the costs of cancelling the order, and costs incurred for credit card charges/refunds.
If an order must be cancelled by Balloons Galore for reason of defective product, out of stock product, or discontinued item, there is no restocking fee.
